If weather and other external factors such as sandstorm or local government authority request which pose a risk to balloon flight and passenger risk, the tour operator has the right to cancel the flight.
The pickup can take place at anywhere within Wadi Rum or Disah.
If the flight is cancelled by tour operator, you may reschedule or request a full refund only.
This activity includes pickup and drop-off, kindly send us a confirmation maps a day before the activity start.
Any children under 5 year old is not able to participate.
