There is no taxi service on Wadi Rum; all taxi depart from Aqaba. therefore, there may be instances of waiting time as a result of traffic congestion and checkpoints.
This taxi can fit up to four people if carried in a in a small bag. If you have a lot of luggage, the seat may not be available because the space is used to hold your bags, so the number of people in the taxi will be reduced.
